JUICY does not collect, store, sell, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no servers, no analytics, and no tracking. Everything you do in the app lives on your own device and nowhere else.
Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how the JUICY - Glutemaxxing mobile application ("JUICY", "the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use it on your device. By downloading or using JUICY, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
None. JUICY never asks you to create an account, and we never receive your name, email address, phone number, location, photos, health records, or any other personally identifiable information.
During setup you may enter a first name or nickname and answer a few questions about your fitness level, goals and equipment. These answers are used only to build your workout plan, are stored only on your device, and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
What stays on your device
- Your onboarding answers (name, goals, fitness level, equipment, reminder time)
- Your workout history, streaks, coins, badges and collection
- Juicy's growth stage and your challenge progress
- App settings such as sound preferences
If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it. We have no copy and no way to recover it. The in-app "Delete all data" option in Settings wipes it instantly on demand.
Purchases and subscriptions
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. To validate your subscription status, the app communicates with RevenueCat, our purchase infrastructure provider. This exchange contains an anonymous app-generated identifier and your subscription state. It never includes your name, Apple ID, or payment details. We never see or store your card number or billing information.

Notifications
If you allow notifications, workout reminders are scheduled locally on your device. There is no push server. We cannot send you messages remotely, and your notification permission status never leaves your phone.
Analytics, advertising and tracking
JUICY contains no third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, no social media pixels, and no behavioral tracking of any kind. We do not use your data for marketing, because we do not have your data.
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California) give you rights over your personal data, including access, correction and deletion. Because JUICY collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to hand over, correct, or erase on our side. Everything is already in your hands, on your device.
Children's privacy
JUICY is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child is using the app inappropriately, contact us and we will help.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
