Welcome to JUICY
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and JUICY - Glutemaxxing ("JUICY", "the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use JUICY, and old enough to legally accept these Terms in your country. If you are under 18, you should use the app with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and their permission is required for any purchase.
Your license to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use JUICY on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial fitness. This license is for using the app, not owning it.

JUICY is a fitness and entertainment product, not a medical service. The workouts, plans, cues, and any content in the app are for general fitness and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional.
Consult a physician before starting this or any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have any medical condition. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You perform every exercise at your own risk.
Subscriptions and pricing
JUICY offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock the full program. Day 1 of the challenge is free so you can try the experience before paying.
Prices are shown in USD; your store price may vary by country and is always displayed by Apple before you confirm. We may offer promotional or discounted subscription prices from time to time (for example, a discounted yearly offer). Promotional prices apply for the period stated in the offer and renew at the same promotional price unless stated otherwise at purchase.
Billing, renewal and cancellation
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of your chosen plan.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device Settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under their policies. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly because we never receive your payment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app or its content
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the app in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose
- Misrepresent the app or its content as your own work
Intellectual property
Everything in JUICY — the Juicy character and her likeness, artwork, animations, exercise videos, text, sounds, and the app itself — is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. These Terms give you no ownership rights whatsoever. Juicy would also like it noted that she owns her own booty.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise specific fitness results; outcomes depend on many factors including consistency, effort, nutrition and genetics.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss of data, or other losses arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using JUICY at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect, and continued use of the app after changes means you accept them.
