cevo355@gmail.comSubscriptions and billing
Open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → JUICY → Cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does NOT cancel a subscription.
Install JUICY, open Settings inside the app → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID you bought with.
Apple handles all payments and refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find JUICY and follow the steps.
Subscriptions renew automatically (weekly or yearly, whichever you picked) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can check your renewal date under Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Progress and streaks
JUICY stores everything on your device for privacy, so deleting the app deletes your progress with it. Your subscription is safe and comes back with "Restore purchases", but streaks, coins and the collection start fresh. Juicy has forgiven worse.
That's the design. The plan is built around consistency and recovery: one session per day, plus rest days that matter. Juicy grows overnight, and so do glutes.
Your banked days and collection are permanent. Streaks reset when a day is fully missed, but the plan simply continues where you left off. Come back, she is waiting.
Workouts
No. Every plan works with just your body and a floor. If you own a resistance band or dumbbells, tell the app during setup and it will use them for extra burn.
Yes. Your plan is generated from your goals, current fitness level, equipment and schedule, and your reps climb automatically as you get stronger across the 30, 60 and 90-day challenges.
Stop. Pain is a signal, not a challenge. Skip the exercise, rest, and see a professional if it persists. Juicy will not be mad, she promises.
Notifications
Inside the app, go to Settings and toggle reminders, or manage permissions in iPhone Settings → Notifications → JUICY. Reminders are scheduled locally on your phone; we never send remote pushes.
